先級調度)
模型調用超限場景下的 VIP 租戶優(yōu)先級調度企業(yè)在構建統(tǒng)一大模型網(wǎng)關LLM Gateway時最常遭遇的生產(chǎn)瓶頸不是內(nèi)部服務器的 CPU 或網(wǎng)絡帶寬而是上游模型供應商嚴格的 TPMTokens Per Minute與 RPMRequests Per Minute配額限制。一旦遇到營銷活動或某業(yè)務線批量觸發(fā)總結任務模型網(wǎng)關很容易觸發(fā)上游返回HTTP 429 Too Many Requests。如果網(wǎng)關采取簡單的“先到先得FIFO”或粗暴的全局限流付費 VIP 租戶或核心交易鏈路的實時推理請求就會被普通租戶的大批量離線任務淹沒造成嚴重的商業(yè)違約與客戶流失。為了解決這一矛盾我們需要在大模型網(wǎng)關層引入多租戶加權優(yōu)先級調度體系確保高價值租戶在配額耗盡的邊緣依然享有最低延遲與確定性的調用保障。調度架構與配額模型設計在多租戶大模型調用體系中單純的限流Rate Limiting只能防止系統(tǒng)被沖垮無法解決資源分配的公平性與傾斜性。調度體系的核心是在網(wǎng)關層實現(xiàn)請求緩沖池與基于權重的優(yōu)先級調度Weighted Priority Scheduling。┌────────────────────────┐ │ API Gateway Ingress │ └───────────┬────────────┘ │ 租戶識別 Token 估算 ▼ ┌────────────────────────┐ │ 多級優(yōu)先級等待隊列 │ │ ┌────────────────────┐ │ │ │ High (VIP) Queue │ │ │ ├────────────────────┤ │ │ │ Medium Queue │ │ │ ├────────────────────┤ │ │ │ Low (Batch) Queue │ │ │ └────────────────────┘ │ └───────────┬────────────┘ │ ▼ ┌────────────────────────┐ │ 動態(tài)令牌桶調度分發(fā)器 │ ?─── 上游 TPM/RPM 實時配額監(jiān)控 └───────────┬────────────┘ │ 動態(tài)分發(fā) ▼ ┌────────────────────────┐ │ Upstream LLM API │ └────────────────────────┘租戶等級劃分與調度策略VIP 獨享緩沖與絕對優(yōu)先VIP 租戶享有專有保留配額Reserved Quota即便突發(fā)超額其請求直接插入優(yōu)先級隊列頭部。加權公平調度WFQ與防饑餓機制非保留配額采用權重比如 VIP : 普通 : 批處理 70 : 20 : 10動態(tài)分發(fā)。同時引入等待時長老化Aging機制普通隊列請求等待超過閾值后自動升頻避免低優(yōu)先級任務完全餓死。前置 Token 預估機制依據(jù) Prompt 長度結合cl100k_base分詞器預估消耗 Token預扣上游配額防止進入上游后才因超限報錯。核心實現(xiàn)基于優(yōu)先級隊列與信號量的調度器下面給出基于 Spring Boot 與 Java 并發(fā)原語的高吞吐優(yōu)先級調度器實現(xiàn)。支持租戶權重、動態(tài)老化與異步響應式掛起。package com.example.gateway.scheduler;
